MMOSSB offers range of services that covers equipment life cycle upkeep that may be periodic, out of service scheduled preventative maintenance or damaged equipment (corrective) repair, retrofit, or rebuild.

We deliver a total preservation service, from the regular periodic preventive maintenance to a complete refurbishment of the expensive investment, at a significantly better price than having to buy brand new replacement asset.

A brief description of the processes are as below..

MAINTENANCE	Systematic approach towards periodic maintenance and upkeep system, with computerized record keeping without jeopardizing physical maintenance quality.
REPAIR	Strategic problem fixing approach, from analysing issues to eliminating root cause completely, while keeping repair work as efficient as possible to reduce downtime.
OVERHAUL	Way of prolonging asset’s life by replacing, after some long operation time, its internal parts with OEM kits using common and special tools, thus maintaining the equipment’s peak performance.
RECONDITION	Full major maintenance including all of the above and replacement of worn out or rusty parts, blasting/painting and everything else that is necessary to turn an aged asset into an almost new equipment.

UPGRADE	Effort to bridge old equipment with new industry standards and regulations, applying it to the assets with a goal to ensure its relevance to be used in the modern field, meeting all required standards and requirement.
REFURBISHMENT	Process of improvement by cleaning, decorating and re-equipping. Consists of reassembling and replacing components to restore the equipment to its state when originally manufactured.
RECERTIFICATION	Act or process of re-certifying to ensure that the certification level is maintained through verification of design and safety standards by an independent body with written assurance (a certificate) that the product, service or system in question meets specific requirements.
